As social distancing and self isolation continue I am lucky enough to have a number of, more or less people free, running routes from my front door. However, I have still noticed a steady increase in the number of people out running.
I managed 42 miles last week, which I am quite happy with, considering it was my first week back from injury. To supplement this running I have been doing some strength and conditioning work, interval sessions on a static bike and joining in on some of the exercise videos that Nell McAndrew is posting on Twitter at @Nell_McAndrew
Variety as they say is the spice of life.
