Its a lifestyle not an obsession

I may not be able to run at the moment but I can still talk about running and make plans for getting back.  Having ran for so many years, like lots of others, running has become a way of life, a lifestyle, often viewed by others as an obsession.

There is no doubt that my lifestyle has an affect on those around me, especially those that do not themselves run, but I have always received understanding and support.

However, it still came as some surprise that my daughter in response to a University assignment on obsession decided to feature yours truly.
