I won’t leave my Alphabet soup until I’ve ate the whole lexicon

Frustration abounds at the moment. The knee injury that I sustained at Endure 24 last year has returned. This frustration is exacerbated by the fact that I am about to start the build up towards this years Endure and that I only have until May to achieve my target of running 100,000 mile before my 65th birthday.

With only 708 mile left to go, I have decided to try to manage the injury and keep the miles ticking over. For example, yesterday’s planned 6 miler I split into 3 x 2 mile runs.

Running shoe graveyard

As my ‘road shoes’ were coming to the end of their life I have replaced them with a new pair of Hoka Clifton 8. Which should help.
